Cyan at Green Valley

I moved here when I was 22 years old, it was my very first apartment and mind you I was living alone. Never once did I feel unsafe in this complex. I loved the modern look my apartment had and rarely had any issues at all when it came to maintenance and such. The pool is fantastic as well as the gym, both being open 24hours is a plus and something I had never heard of before. It’s a quiet complex, just a mile away from anything you could possibly need! It feels hidden but still so close to all... the major shops and grocery stores. There’s so many hidden things to love about Henderson, moving from CA being born and raised there and moving to a new city by myself I truly felt at home there. Tiffany Ahl was very helpful and very informative, she went out of her way to make my boyfriend and I feel very welcome and helped us to make our move into our wonderful new apartment here at Cyan a lot smoother.

From the moment I stepped into the model unit to tour, my choice of wanting to make it home was made. Even after touring other communities although some were very nice… CYAN had the comfortable ambiance that just translated enjoyable, peaceful, and fun. The staff was very easy to work with, and Isaiah who gave my tour was wonderful.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. I moved units within the complex due to my disability, and the management did not conduct a proper checkout with me. Instead, they sent debt collectors after me for damages and kept my deposit without giving me proper notice, which is not only unfair but also illegal in the state of Nevada.

Additionally, they blamed my well-trained service dog for damage to the old apartment, even though my records clearly show that the carpet... was already damaged before I moved in (which is even in our email interactions). This situation has negatively affected my credit score and cost me a significant amount of money.

To make matters worse, the management claimed they gave notice to my father, who was only helping me move and is not on the rental agreement. They insisted that this somehow qualifies as making every appropriate effort to inform me, which is simply not true.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, especially those with disabilities or service animals. My experience has been stressful, costly, and unfair. Read More

Cyan at Green Valley is a quiet and peaceful place to live. The staff is very professional and will take the time to listen to what you have to say and will immediately start working on any issues (big or small). The gym and pool are a wonderful amenity to have. The monthly activities also help on those days that you don't have anything planned. My stay here has been a pleasant and memorable stay.
