Cyan at Green Valley

I am very disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. I moved units within the complex due to my disability, and the management did not conduct a proper checkout with me. Instead, they sent debt collectors after me for damages and kept my deposit without giving me proper notice, which is not only unfair but also illegal in the state of Nevada.

Additionally, they blamed my well-trained service dog for damage to the old apartment, even though my records clearly show that the carpet... was already damaged before I moved in (which is even in our email interactions). This situation has negatively affected my credit score and cost me a significant amount of money.

To make matters worse, the management claimed they gave notice to my father, who was only helping me move and is not on the rental agreement. They insisted that this somehow qualifies as making every appropriate effort to inform me, which is simply not true.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, especially those with disabilities or service animals. My experience has been stressful, costly, and unfair. Read More

Cyan at Green Valley is a quiet and peaceful place to live. The staff is very professional and will take the time to listen to what you have to say and will immediately start working on any issues (big or small). The gym and pool are a wonderful amenity to have. The monthly activities also help on those days that you don't have anything planned. My stay here has been a pleasant and memorable stay.

I love living here, maintenance and office personnel are great

As we approach our 7-year anniversary of moving into Cyan this fall, we have been very pleased with our decision to choose Cyan for our home.We anticipate this will continue for a number of years to come.

Overall, Cyan at Green Valley services has still nearly excellent services, they attended right away to any issues in the apartment as well as office staff are very accommodating.
