Who knows. Front office, staff, and amenities are wonderful. Unfortunately a handful of residents do not abide by commmunity guidelines. Some do not follow speed limits, thus endangering other residents do not pick up after their pets. Everyday I smell marijuana, which is rather unfortunate.

The complex itself along with neighbors is lovely but the maintenance that’s been going on has been an issue the main gym in the office still gets jammed from the inside and i have to physically throw my body into it multiple times just to open it, same with the gym near building 19. there is never sanitizer in the gym and most of the time it’s out of sanitation wipes. the main issue is having the gates open 24/7. it is unsafe there is plenty of homeless people along at rose now (i work up the... road and we have to kick a lot of people out because of it) and i’ve seen a couple wonder into the complex. I am a 19 year old girl who lives completely alone by myself i pay what i pay to have a “gated community” in order to feel safe from homeless people and a person i have a restraining order again but i don’t personally feel safe walking in from my car at night from guest parking or feel safe even walking to the gym from my building because the gates have been open all day and all night for weeks. Neighbors have had very similar complaints. I love my personal apartment and neighbors but i pay what i pay monthly to live in a gated community that’s safe and secure, and pay the addition fees for the common areas to be upkept and clean ???????
