The primary guest must be 21 years or older to check in. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability. Daily housekeeping is not included but may be requested for an additional fee. Optional refresh service is available for stays of 4+ nights. If maintenance service is requested, guests must remove any “Do Not Disturb” signs during scheduled service times. The building charges penalties if access is blocked: $175 for service attempts between 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM and $325 for service attempts between 4:31 AM – 9:29 AM.
