There were a few hiccups along the way but everyone has been so nice and helpful. The ladies in the office are welcoming and willing to work with me. Especially with communication due to working nights which is greatly appreciated. I’m excited for changes and mixers.

It has had its ups and downs. For the most part the complex is quiet. There are quite a bit of homeless people that come through the complex even with the gates. Maintenance for the most part is really good. Since some of the neighbors have rotated we have seen come bugs coming but pest control is great

I've been having a great experience with living here. A few hiccups with the leasing office, but that falls on me. The pool wasn't available for about a month or so, but it was after the summer season, so I wasn't planning on using it anyway. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. After living here for about 6 months, I've found it is located in a great part of the city with easy access to the Strip and Downtown, while still being in a quiet neighborhood.

The office staff is amazing and very helpful. They go above and beyond to help future residents get in quickly. The community is clean and neighbors are kind. Aliyah the leasing agent is fantastic about staying in contact with us about all that was going on and the next steps. Briana the manager was very helpful when we went in with minor concerns about our unit and getting them solved quickly and efficiently. The complex is located in a pristine place. There is a park within walking distance... for you to take your children. The complex is safe and welcoming. Bus stops are conveniently located for those means of travel and is minutes away from the strip. Located near many restaurants and a casino for those who enjoy gambling.
