I am still in love with this plac going on 5 years here. Wish people didn’t break the front gate so often because then vagrants walk in and rummage through the trash.

2900 Lux is one of the worst apartment communities I’ve lived in. The property is filthy, poorly managed, and completely neglected. Garbage and food are constantly left around the grounds, attracting pests, and the dog park is regularly covered in waste for days at a time. Tenants let their children run wild, and management does nothing to enforce standards.

Maintenance is terrible. Work orders take days to address, if they are responded to at all. The laundry rooms are not secure either — I’ve...
personally witnessed homeless individuals using the facilities.

2900 Lux also advertises itself as a “gated community,” yet the gate is almost always broken for months at a time, leaving the property unsecured.

At this point, the complex resembles a third-world country more than a professionally managed apartment community. Save yourself the stress and rent somewhere else.
