Just moved from Ohio . Honestly I thought Since it was close to the strip That these appointments would be bad to live in . I didn't my research on neighborhoods in Las Vegas and almost everyone said North strip and by the strat where bad . And from what I've seen outside of the apartment it's true . Homeless , gas stations that had people stilling from then . I even saw someone steal at a dollar tree . But inside the complex it's a different story . Don't get me wrong they are older apartments ... . But they have security the outside a little rundown but in the apartment good . There where some concerns but overall I really can't complain . Most of the residents seem very nice . And their super was very helpful and helped me with something he didn't have to do . My biggest complaint if you can call it a complaint is there is no lighting on the front room or bed room .

Not worth the price anymore. Front gate AND back park gate has been broken for months now, lots of homeless people coming in from both gates. Pool has been closed for 3 of the 4 years I have been here. Dog waste all over the complex. Just keeps getting worse with prices raising every year.

Unfortunately, drivers in the community make contact with the gate causing it to go out of... service. The repairs do generally have to be performed by an outside vendor and in many cases, will need parts that aren't always readily available. We understand the inconvenience it causes and always work as quickly as possible to have it resolved. Despite our best efforts, we do have residents who do not do their share of picking up after their pets. We have been working tirelessly to address this and will continue to do so. We absolutely want our community to be clean and safe and it is a priority for us. We appreciate your feedback and always welcome you to speak with our staff about any concerns you have. Nice and quiet place to live. Lots of exciting shop and restaurants to visit. Management is very friendly and cooperative to your needs as residents.

The moving process was very easy. Wiliyah was very good with helping me move and making things easier for me. I enjoy my new apartment. It is very quiet. My neighbors are very friendly although there was a squatter incident across the hall. It was taken care of. The only thing is the maintenance is kind of slow and getting simple things fixed.
