Don’t get to utilize amenities

Maintenance is great… but CAM fees are very high for not having access to the amenities we pay for… that’s important for me so I’m looking to move elsewhere if I can’t get in contact with ownership.

I also know that the amenities are only available at certain hours like the gym is 8am-8pm but most people work so it seems like they don’t want people to actually have time utilize what they pay for.

There are fire pits in the pool area and winter time the area is not open to use so once again you... are paying for something you can’t use. I requested the owners information so I can see if they can adjust the times and provide access to fire pits. The office has not responded.

Great property!!!

I love this complex. PLUSES: very well-maintained, well-managed; nice amenities, quiet, very ample parking, nice finishes used within, wonderful staff. MINUSES: very noisy neighborhood, units are very overpriced for the neighborhood.
