How Is This Rating Determined?

Beware

When I moved out after 7 years they hit me with a $3759 move out charges and sent me to collections within 18 days, No bill, no email, no phone call, no opportunity to dispute. Of course they rammed it thru because of indefensible charges. This poor management reflects on the deteriorating conditions of the complex.
