Splendid customer service all around and welcoming staff. The maintenance service is amazing because they tend to our apartment needs in a flash.

Significantly raised the rent on my lease after only 1 year living here, even significantly higher than what they would agree to with a new resident (not even counting current concessions). Many amenities that you think you're paying for frequently don't work or are unreliable. There is trash and litter all over that does not get picked up. And I've had a hard time receiving reliable maintenance service. There are good people who work here, but to me it seems the company that manages Evolve does... not value it's current residents. Kudos to the maintenance crew who promptly attends to our service requests and fixes any issue in our unit. Furthermore, the proper managers/office workers are polite and attentive with your needs. Hopefully they continue their work ethics and excellence!

I love this place. I moved in about a year ago. The neighborhood is beautifully manicured and well kept. My neighbors are friendly and so is the staff. The amenities are wonderful.

The Management Office will tell you anything to sign the lease and will do nothing afterwards unless you pester them to death. Even then you will be lucky to get someone to fix it.
Sold us on a “luxury move in ready apartment” with Smart Rent…
Told us to come a later date after our move in day due to “cleaning.” Our first day, we had to scrap black tar off of our 1 year old son from him crawling around on the floor. Stains from previous tenant were everywhere in our kitchen. They say they can’t... install Smart Rent they promised us because the vendor won’t reply.
