The apartment is very nice and spacious, the staff at the leasing office is absolutely horrible. I do not like doing business with them at all.

First time and already got accepted!! Love right away how clean and professional are the Office and how beautiful the pool and access to 24hr gym which I love! Thank You!

They are making improvements under new ownership, but it still needs work. This complex says it has a pool, but in 7 years, it's been open for maybe a total of 3 weeks. The parking is an issue. Residents have 1 covered space, but other residents or maintenance staff often park there. Communication from management is poor; they don't respond to emails. The HVAC system is poor--you will be lucky to get your apartment cooled to 80 degrees if you have an upstairs unit.
It is close to shopping, and... walking distance to a lot of stores. There is an on-site package room for deliveries and that is very helpful. If you need maintenance, they are a lot faster at repairs since the new ownership took over and they do a lot more to keep the complex looking clean.

So far I love the community it’s quiet, the neighbors are nice the office staff are nice & everything is near by it’s very convenient. I would very much so recommend these apartments to anyone

Still new to the community, but loving it so far. They’re a little slow on requests and other clientele inconveniences but otherwise the community is great, and I love the amenities offered here as well.
