Incredible Place To Live!

I’ve had a great experience living at Maverick Lux Apartments. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and offer great amenities. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever something comes up. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend Maverick Lux Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community.

Inattentive Management

Safety concerns are not taken seriously by the management here. Management responds to resident's requests as if they're doing you a favor, instead of it being their actual job.

Upscale, Resort-Style Living

Not sure why there are less than 5 stars for Maverick. The staff is extremely professional, engaging, and friendly. The luxurious amenities here are incredible, above and beyond resort-style living. It's more than just living here, it's a lifestyle and a community with remarkably friendly residents. The apartments are modern, clean, and upscale with attention to detail with various options. Prime location. Simply the BEST in Las Vegas!!
