Don’t move here

You will have to deal with homeless people taking over the pool and hallways at night. Your rent goes up cause you have to pay for the “common area utilities “ which are being used by others that don't even live here. People are always jumping the fence and wondering around the property. Security is no help!! We pay for it and you hardly seeing them patrolling the property. When you call the it takes them so long to arrive.

Spacious units and amazing views

The units here are very spacious and you have a very amazing strip view. The leasing office staff are the best they answers any questions or concerns you may have and maintenance here is on top of it your stuff gets fixed same day!! They are all the best.

Safety Is Nonexistent/ I was Robbed

I recently moved into the complex at 3875 Cambridge Street—and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, this place has proven itself to be dangerously unsafe, shockingly dirty, and managed by staff who clearly don’t care.
Broken Security: The main fob entry by Unit 115 is always down. Management promises “repairs,” but weeks later the door still swings wide open for anyone to walk in.
Frequent Break-Ins & Burglaries: Just two nights ago I came home to my patio door completely...
shattered and intruders roaming freely inside. Neighbors whisper about stolen packages, prowlers in broad daylight, and even squatters moving into vacant units upstairs—yet the office treats all this like “business as usual.”
Lack of Emergency Response: After calling 911, it took maintenance nearly three hours to show up—and they patched my patio with a flimsy closet door and screen, essentially inviting the next break-in. There’s zero urgency or professionalism when your home is being ransacked.

Filthy Grounds & Deteriorating Units
Trash Everywhere: Common areas are littered with cigarette butts, empty beer cans, and dog droppings. The “gardener” might swing by once a month, if at all.

Pest Problems: Cockroaches scuttle across the kitchen floor. Rats have been spotted in the parking lot scavenging through unemptied dumpsters.

Rotting Infrastructure: Peeling paint, rusted railings, and moldy grout in bathroom tiles are the norm. You’ll pay luxury rent but live in something more akin to a condemned building.
Management: Unresponsive, Uncaring, & Unprofessional
No Accountability: Maintenance requests vanish into the ether. You’ll submit work orders online, only to hear nothing until it’s too late—and even then the fix is slapdash.
Lies & Excuses: “Our glass repair contractor doesn’t work weekends.” “We’re short-staffed.” “It’s not our responsibility.” They toss around these half-baked excuses while you’re left living in fear.

Hostile Attitude: If you dare follow up, leasing agents become defensive and condescending, treating your plea for security like a personal affront. They threaten fines and hassles rather than offering genuine solutions.

This complex has shown itself to be utterly indifferent to tenant safety, cleanliness, and basic human decency. It preys on residents’ desperation—charging premium rent for sub-standard, hazardous living conditions and stonewalling any attempts at redress.

JUST DONT

If you cant afford cable this place has it all, you can see live shooting daily/nightly (who needs COPS). Perfect if your into cardio because the elevator NEVER works. Obstacle course PERFECT you can dodge the dog pee and poop that are everywhere. EKG perfect because this place provides non stop crime and management that does not care and gets your heart going. Oh and the delightful office staff, they give us more parking by parking in that tiny covered area by the door when its raining so they... don't get wet.. this while all of us resident went without water because the boiler broke. But hey indoor swimming from all the floods. There is an actual pool but just don't. Oh and the workout room (exterior bullet holes are a sharp attraction to most of this building) you can always score the best workout knowing you could be shot anytime. Did I mention the homeless people living in the stairwell sometimes.. yeah that was delightful and oh the delicious smell! At least if you call 911 you will know upfront they rarely respond. Oh and I forgot there is a nice man that pulls up a few times a day, apparently he is a portable pharmacy but I am not sure exactly what elixir he is selling, but he is a popular person! Then you pay for exterior fee's, still not sure what that is because its expensive, minimum 100. per unit times however many units.. I mean at least you have free entertainment. Oh and they tell you if your high enough then the daily gun show wont affect you .. bullets fly let me tell you! Oh and the SWAT team, they know the address.. I say all this in humor but it is literally the WORST place I have ever lived.. I have NEVER been so excited for a lease expiration. Please is you value your safely look else where. ESPECIALLY if you have kids, its scary!!

Bad neighbors, worse management

I lived here for one year and in that time had to evacuate the building on four separate occasions. Two of them were due to pipes bursting and triggering the fire alarms to go off in the middle of the night. One was for a resident threatening to burn the building down and locking himself in his apartment, leaving everyone outside from 6-10pm. The last one management refused to tell us about, but it involved about 20 police cars surrounding the building.

Every night I could hear bums shouting...
outside my window from the park across the street. It would go on for a couple of hours before LVPD would do their sweeps at midnight-1am and tell them to leave over their loudspeaker.

At least once a month I would find dog sh*t inside the elevator. Mysterious puddles of liquid on the floor were more often than that.

Upon moving in, I had a bullet hole in my front door. There was a fair amount of damage throughout the apartment but they were kind enough to at least give me the majority of my security deposit back.

The thing that upset me the most is that my final water bill was sent to collections without Prime ever attempting to contact me. I am unsure if this is due to poor management or laziness but it hurt my credit score for no good reason. They had called me to ask where my deposit check should be sent after I moved out but failed to mention this $80 charge.

Aside from that, the price is decent if you can overlook most of the problem. I would never move back there but you could probably do worse.
