Red Rock Villas

I've been at RED ROCK VILLAS for over six months and it has been a huge disappointment.! Just :after my move in I contacted the person in the leasing office and told her that my gate fob was not working. I was told that "the software is down and I can't reprogram it right now." Then, the health department shut the pool down and it was several months before it opened. Then the fitness closed for remodeling (in the middle of the summer...not great timing:-( And so, it's been six months and still... no gate fob and still no fitness center. I understand that issues arise in the area of property management however, there is no follow through on the part of the management and very poor responsiveness to residents' concerns. This is not the type of customer service that I would expect at this cost of rental. In short, please reconsider if you are thinking of moving to this property or any of the Olen managed properties! This place is very disappointing. I was checking out the 3 bedroom townhomes and come to find out, the square footages that they claim are WAY off. These places are small. Very small. The 1793 sq ft that they are advertising includes a huge two car garage and an outside patio! It is not living space! Also there is NO fireplace, as advertised. No idea why someone would choose a small rental at such a high price PLUS all the addon (required) fees - most of which are not mentioned in their ads.... ... By the way, I contacted Olen Management directly again today AND several months ago about their misleading ads - all they do is pretend they don't know anything and tell you that the person in charge is out of town. Wow. Good to know PRIOR to handing over the money! And what is the deal with all these fees??? Admin fees, pet deposits, pet fees and pet rent????? Plus regular deposits and app fees.... Forget it! It's more like a community and not apartment living. There's a group that get's together once a week on one of the grassy areas under the tree's for Yoga! There's monthly catered luncheons, weekly ice cream socials during the summer and Holiday celebrations year round!
