Went through the whole application process and provided all that was asked. Was told the apartment would be held for 15 days after the application was approved, which it was. Not even a day after the approval, Tiffany leased out the apartment to someone else. Out $100 on application and pet registration fee and huge waste of my time.

Lots of car break-ins, homeless people getting into the "locked" parking garage and property. Property management is hardly ever onsite, not very responsive, extremely loud area, lots of maintenance issues with no urgency or organization from the apartment manager. No free parking, lots of amenities promised in the beginning never came to fruition.
It is a fairly clean property. They do have community activities, but would rather see that money go to security and proper facility management.
