I have been living here for what will be a year coming up this June. Not only have I complained since we moved in my lights flicker and don't work well and my microwave plate doesn't spin to cook my food all the way in my microwave, I have been battling a roach investigation in my apartment for months now. My boyfriend has went to the office week by week to pay rent to complain they came out once and I wasn't home because they gave no notice and they didn't enter because of my dog. They never... rescheduled or tried to come back to fix the problem. Fast forward to this day my apartment has dead bugs in the cabinets and all over my apartment now not just the kitchen where it started. One of my neighbors that have been here longer than me told me the person that lived here before also battled this and tried on her own to get rid of them. Mind you this is a elderly women. This place is disgusting and the people who work here treat you inhumane. These are unliveable conditions and I might even take legal action at this point. Knocking on doors like they are police for rent hrs before it's even due? What happened to the slips that you put in the door so your not disturbing the people that live there? I have neighbor's that have babies sleeping and got people banging on the door 9am when rent isn't due til 12pm that they need to pay. This place is a joke and worst place I ever lived. Not to mention the homeless and trash all over the place. Drug addicts come into the gates and into the complex. There was a suitcase found here and there were bullets in it!!! Cops were called. Oh yeah you will see tons of cops here. Almost everyday. If you have children DO NOT live here it isn't safe for your kids trust me. I wish I didn't have to give any stars for this dump but I needed to leave my peace since no one at this place has taken me or my boyfriend seriously about the issues we have had since we moved here. Oh one more thing when we got here the gate leading to our apartment wasn't locked because it was broken so people came in and out as they please that didn't even live here. When they finally replaced it months after it was broken I asked for the new key to the gate and they wanted to charge me 15 dollars for new keys! Why should I have to pay for a key that leads to my apartment when I was never given a new key for this lock? Like this place is just the worst place ever. I hope it gets shut down.
