I had no privacy at night and WiFi cut off every few hours

Homeless people walking around every night. There's security but they just sit in their vehicle at the front gate. Break-ins constantly, pool is never open even though it's suppose to be year-round. Trashcans are always filled with furniture and dog park is always covered in poop. Floods and leaks from old plumbing I guess.. Property management is a complete joke, doesn't care and doesn't even seem to know what they're doing. I'd rather live in a Siegel Suite again

It has gotten so bad so I had to move yes the staff is nice but the residents there are awful and the place is not good with upkeep they kept raising the rent every year and nothing has changed to make staying there worth it so i had to go and the roaches are awful

I would give Solstice TEN stars if I could! Not only do they have the nicest staff but they do such a great job with the upkeep of the community. I am very happy and pleased to call this little paradise my home for many years to come!

I am a recent resident of this wonderful complex the office staff Trixi and Tammy are just delightful , I am so glad i chose to live here. Today they gave a barbecue for the residence , whom are the nicest people, the grounds are clean and because it is fairly a small complex everyone does their part to keep it clean . It is very well lite up at night , which makes me have a sense of safety . Is it perfect no, but it really comes close . but where is ? I hope to be here for a while and would... recommend to anyone looking for a small and safe little community. I want to thank all of the staff including the maintenance guy for making our living space nice . Thank you
