Lia is amazing; she made our move easy and very quick. The maintenance service was 10/10. The garbage collection service was also 10/10. The area is very quiet, and the walk is incredible.

It's Great. Talavera is a great place to live. Office Staff and Maintenance workers are wonderful. The apartments are nice and the Grounds are kept up.

I've lived in Talavera for a little over 4 years now. I appreciate the amenities, including resident access to the green belt. I also love the proximity of Talavera to the 215, downtown Summerlin, Boca Park, etc.
