The Diplomat Apartments

They have a gardener who doesn’t speak English, who thinks it’s funny to run the extremely loud leaf blower at 7am subsequently waking and disturbing all the residents especially if some of them worked swing or graveyard shift, it is an inconsiderate thing to do. I have asked Gina in the office to ask the gardener to do other tasks early in the morning that don’t make noise and use the leaf blower after 11am or noon and she refused to do anything about it. This place is a joke.

I just moved in and WOW! Total CALI Vibes! Green Trees and Grass not to mention I'm not worried about my electric bill for the summer all that is included in my rent, Mira Was such a sweetheart who helped the moving process so simple!

the leasing agents were very helpful during the whole process .i highly recommend these apartments for your future home.

The people in the office are always very quick to help. Everyone that works here seems to care about keeping things nice. When we need something fixed it’s done pretty quickly. The outside is neat and clean and decorated with pretty trees and flowers that they tend to nicely.

Property is excellent! A plus! A lot of the tenants look out for each other! A plus! Feeling safe and secure! A plus! Maintenance! A plus! But most of all, management is always there for the tenants!!! Beatriz, you are AWESOME!!! A plus!!! Thank you Diplomat!!
