do not live here!!! it will be the biggest mistake of your life

Who ever is reading this, I am writing this for your own sake. Please listen to me when I say do not live here. Number one issue is safety!! Homeless people and theives live in this premises. They live hidden in the property and live in abandoned apartments. The homeless steal from residents mailboxes. Almost every one is a victim. My credit cards and all my mails get stolen every day. The management will not do anything about it. Few days ago a homeless person that was living inside an... abandoned apartment which the building of the apartment was right next to mine set the building on fire and almost cost people’s lives. Pets were injured and I don’t know if those pets made it. There is dog poop everywhere you walk and I have to pick and choose where to step to avoid the poops. Non of your maintenance requests will be taken care of and when it rains the actual apartments will start falling down apart and you guessed it, no one will fix it. This place is a paradise for the homeless and theives but hell of residents. Be aware!!!

Very Helpful

I just want to share this , Jackie has been so Helpful since day 1 when I first applied for these apartments. With the back and Forth emails and making sure I had all the paper worker that I needed. Jackie has been there checking up. Super excited to finally meet her in person we got along over the phone. She make me feel so welcome and I am not there yet. Coming from San Diego this is going to be an amazing move. i would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move in especially with... these great prices. Great Staff

We have yet to move in, However the staff was amazingly helpful and made the move in experience as smooth as possible especially for first time buyers. Monica and Derrick assisted us in every way possible and does their best to make new residents feel welcomed.
