The new management company is great. I've been seeing the property stay clean and upkept. They respond to work orders on a timely manner and have great communication when it comes to resident follow up. My apartment looks good and I think this is a cozy place to live.

Ever since the change in management, the communication with this office has been absolutely horrible. Good luck trying to call in to the office for anything, and if you put in a maintenance request on the portal, it will most likely be ignored unless you keep calling them over and over. I have lived here for years and have never had this many problems. I would NOT recommend moving here.
