The leasing staff turned off the payment portals for over a week, not allowing residents to pay online. After a week of inactivity, they emailed us on Friday letting us know the portal was active. Then, if you did not check your email over the weekend like me, you were charged a late fee for not paying rent, claiming it was past the "grace period" (again you could not pay earlier, and I did not even know it was an option).

Love this place. My floor plan is great and the amenities make me feel like I’m permanently on vacation. Great place to live.

The apartments changed the management a few months back and they are AMAZING! They actually listen to me as a resident and complete work orders on-time. Very professional and very helpful. 10 out of 10!!!!

Very impressed with this property. It has such a welcoming environment! Also, very clean!!!
