Volare is a great community to live. Every one who works here is very friendly.
I lived at Volare before and ended up moving 2 years ago. When I realized I was coming back to Vegas, my immediate go-to for living was Volare.
I didn't w to go anywhere else.
Both the leasing office ladies as well as the maintenance fellas are ALL very kind, courteous, patient. If you have any questions no matter how big or small they will take the time to help answer you.
Even though I had lived here before, I... still had a bunch of questions on each. One of them answered very kindly and patiently.
The maintenance team is great! They come as quickly as they can to fix or replace whatever needs fixing or replacing.
They never complain or even appear grumpy in any way.
They are always polite l, yet professional at the same time
The amenities are awesome too from the beautiful swimming pool area complete with stainless steel BBQ's.
The gym is a great size and let's not forget the huge screen TV outside .... Perfect to get together with friends to watch a ball game.
Come stay a spell... Trust me you won't regret it:)

I’m giving 5 stars because everyone is so nice and helpful even tho at move in I wasn’t happy on the things that wasn’t taken care of that was supposed to be done. I signed my lease 8 days ago today, but only been in my home a total of 4 days because I was out of town. I love my home, not so much of the appliances because they are kind of beat up scratched up and rusted, but they work. Thank you Volare!

Really nice, we like the place, really quit, clean, and pretty..
We have everything around the place, and we love that there’s no noise in the night, the neighbors seem nice, we are trying to keep watching around we haven’t finished but at this point what we already saw we loved it.

Volare is truly a special place to live. The buildings and grounds are always maintained to the highest standards. The office staff are courteous and helpful. The maintenance team, like member Christian, keeps all units in perfect working order. I highly recommend Volare as a home community. It’s mine!
