My Review I’ve lived in Reno since 2017 and have been a resident at three different properties during this time and they were all great. This review is more about the process of leasing because searching for a new home can be a chore and dealing with the rest is sometimes a chore, not here! The office staff is down to earth, friendly and welcoming plus professional.

Garage G61 was filthy! Couldn’t except due to the filth waited 2days for it to be cleaned. Garage is full of trash and oil covered with gravel all over the place. Really wanted a ev garage but I can’t accept it in its condition!

Move in The staff is very friendly and James is amazing at explaining certain fees and everything. However I disliked how you have to go on a waiting list for a carport without a time frame in get one and there were some changing to the amount in the utilities portion that was stated to me before would not exceed 120 but turns out it’s actually 144 for all the required utilities since your not allowed to bring your own internet services over and are required to get there’s at a flat rate of 90... but doesn’t include the installation fees and equipment fees..

Security & packages There still does not seem to be resolution with the gates being closed at night during off hours.
On 3 occasions oversized packages have been crammed into the locker s and causing damage.
