Our experience at Reno Regency Apartments was extremely disappointing due to an ongoing cockroach infestation that was never properly resolved, despite multiple reports to management. The infestation affected our health and well-being, with cockroaches found throughout our living spaces. Promised solutions like relocation or effective pest control were not delivered, and the management's dismissive attitude left us feeling neglected and unwelcome. Between my 2nd and 3rd day moved in cockroaches started showing up and more and more everyday from then on. Contacted management which led to a spray, I got the notice shortly before the spray so I didn’t have time to move my things or properly cover them. Spray caused the roaches to come out and invade/die in my belongings. They knew of this problem of course and won’t tell you about it when you tour. Tried my best to keep good and appreciative communication to the management through the... process. Upon leaving I left spectrum internet and cable eqpt assuming it was their property, called spectrum later on to disconnect the account with them which is when I was notified they had to be returned. Called the property and they had ‘disposed’ of everything after I left (I had only been gone just about 2 weeks(vacated the apt)). Ultimately it end up being tenant responsibility, but out of the countless phone calls and visits to the office I find it odd that information escaped being mentioned on my way out. The brand new/unused eqpt could’ve been brought to the office and called or just called, they chose to ‘dispose’ because it’s not their responsibility which may be right but what does that say about them. You get what you pay for. This place is disgusting I left because there were two mysterious deaths on my floor. A woman mysteriously died and a man mysteriously died. My son went to UNR and I told him not to rent there. He witnessed them installing cameras all over thr floors. When he was there a man got shot. He went to visit his bestfriend and he heard the engineers say they pulled a valve and flooded some girls apartment. The people who own this place seem passive aggressive. I was very privileged to call this place my Home once. This was my first apartment with my husband and where we got married at. I love the community and how well peoole there look after each other. Leasing office staff is also very wonderful! They always listen to the tenants needs and always have an open ear when something goes wrong. I never had any pest issues except for flies if I left my window open. I highly recommend these apartments!

This place is infected. The pest control is there just about every day. Rent at your own risk.
