Nice

New management has really improved this property. If I need anything done in my unit the maintenance respond fast. Very happy to call this place my home.

Terrible property

We lived here for two years without hot water. The landlord would send someone out, we have warm water and then go to cold again. The property constantly has water leaks in units, while ripping up the property all the time. The laundry room has 4 units and usually only 2 work. There is lots of black widow spiders also.
