The Alexander at South Virginia

This apartment is great if your looking to live in South Reno. Its close to the Freeway if you need to commute to Carson City or downtown Reno. It has great price point especially for the amenities you get. They gym is actually decent and the pool and BBQ area is open till midnight which is actually really nice. The apartment has a nice kitchen however BEWARE.... There is absolutely no storage........ like literally Zero... no hall closet, no linen closet nothing and the bedroom closet is... minimal. I have lived in apartments all of my adult life and have finally found one I call home! I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath with all the luxuries of an upgraded home. Literally my bathrooms are bigger than most of my friends homes. My kitchen has laminate wood floors, real granite, great color cabinets a refrigerator with built in ice and water dispenser. My living room has great built ins and a hallway so big that I can dance in it! Not to mention a laundry room complete with full size washer/dryer... inside my unit. I also, have plenty of storage space inside my unit. I get a garage with a automatic door opener as well. The staff here is so welcoming and friendly. The clubhouse is spacious and decorated so greatly I find myself actually spending time in it. Did I mention the tanning bed and 24 hour heated pool? I am very fortunate and although I will never be able to own a house(I'm a single woman doing it all on my own and don't make enough to qualify for a home loan) I feel my apartment is my house!!
