Great management !

My husband and I moved in to canal crossing in September 2025,Coty the property manager has been absolutely wonderful to work with,she makes every effort to make sure everything runs smoothly and never seems to mind when you have a lot of questions which my husband and I had,lol,she is a great asset to morgan properties and we hope she is appreciated as we appreciate her!!

High price, poor quality construction, bad management

Noticed early living at these that the cabinets are of a very low quality material and the screws in the hinges for the cabinet doors are constantly stripping the composite material of the cabinet, requiring often fixes. The flooring laid, which is a laminate, will bubble after some time, also requiring replacements. The pool, an amenity that you pay for, is closed more than it is open during the Summer. During work done to the apartment, I have noticed that my door has also been left unlocked... after the work was completed. Furthermore, if you require storage of any kind, it is nearly $200 a month for a garage. Would not recommend for the price they are renting at

Staff COMPLETELY unreliable - don’t make the trip out!

I am just writing this as a fair warning to anyone else! I scheduled a viewing, showed up and the door was locked and no one was there. I called the number and was told the office was closed and there was a mistake in scheduling. No problem, so I called back another day to book a viewing and made sure to call the on site leasing office to confirm. Second time same thing happened, door was locked and no one was in the office.I called again and they told me to wait in case someone showed up. 30... minutes of waiting and I had to leave and called again and asked for someone to call me. This was over two weeks ago. I’m disappointed because I was ready to sign a lease after the viewing!
