I called to lease an apartment, the leasing manager has a really bad attitude and while I was nicely talking to him , he was like I’m busy and do not have time will call you back , he never called back!!

These apartments are beautiful and located in a nice, quiet, and safe area. I love living here--however, the insulation between walls is unfortunately sub-par. You hear everything depending on who your neighbors are. If you're fortunate enough to live next to a quiet family, that's great. But definitely do your research as to who your neighbors are going to be. This doesn't mean the neighbors aren't nice--everyone is very friendly here. These are beautiful town homes with all modern appliances and interior finishes. Heat and AC in unit is great and the surrounding nature trails and parks are a great plus. Only downfall is that no sound proofing was done in between walls from unit to unit. If we were not able to hear our neighbors ever move these would be 5 out of 5 but unfortunately that is not the case. For the price I recommend doing some in depth research before getting into something.
