The apartments at Meadow Street are in a great location, just a short walking distance to the Clinton town square, which offers plenty of food places and activities. The area itself is very nice.

The apartments are well-maintained and supported by a quick-response maintenance team. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful; in fact, they handle most complaints within the same day if it's a weekday. In my experience, the team truly goes above and beyond for the tenants.

Lewiston properties are excellent, and we highly recommend renting from them. We appreciate the help and support, especially during the winter when there was some water leaking in our unit. Everyone in the staff is great and helpful. We appreciate the care the Lewiston Properties team has for their tenants.

I lived at the White Street Townhouses for 4 years and wouldn't have moved out if I wasn't buying a house! The townhouses are kept in great shape, the maintenance staff is quick to respond anytime there is any sort of issue (including weekends and after hours), and they all are conveniently located. The front office even helped assist me with a few things after I had moved out.

Many thanks to the entire management team and maintenance crew for everything during our wonderful 2+ years residing at Pheasants Run. The welcoming, professional management team was always available and willing to accommodate any of our needs throughout our residency. The maintenance crew, landscaping, and snow removal services are all top notch. A comfortable community environment for sure.

I can't say enough good things about Lewiston Properties. I lived in Pheasants Run for a couple years and it was such a great experience. If there was anything wrong, maintenance was there right away to solve the issue. Snow removal and landscaping was always great. I lived alone and was never concerned for my safety. It is also a great place for children of any age. Safe, clean, and friendly neighbors. Loved it there!
