The nearby Lightroom features a screened dining and living space, a full kitchen with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, full-sized fridge, and handcrafted cabinetry. Connected to the Lightroom is a luxurious full bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower. The Airstream’s AC and heat ensure comfort throughout the changing seasons.

The Hideout is the perfect home base for exploring the beauty of the western Catskills. Hike nearby trails, paddle or fish in the peaceful Pepacton Reservoir, or enjoy scenic drives through rolling farmland and forest. Fall brings vibrant foliage and cozy cafes in nearby towns like Delhi and Andes, where you’ll find farm markets, local shops, and seasonal treats. A car is essential for getting around and exploring the region comfortably.
There is no lock on the Airstream’s door, but you are welcome to lock the door manually from the inside for your comfort. There is no cell service at The Hideout, but to make and receive calls on your cell phone, turn on Wi-Fi Calling in your Cellular Settings. No parties are allowed, and only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, especially outdoors. The property is not suitable for pets. Smoking is not allowed indoors. If you smoke, do so outside, extinguish completely, and dispose of properly in the trash.
