Lifestyle Properties Review

I found the leasing experience to be very easy with Lifestyle Properties and I would highly recommend leasing from them. The management were friendly and efficient and made the leasing process stress-free and easy. Upon moving into the apartment, it was clean and the amenities were nice. When there was a minor problem, the maintenance request was easy to complete and was dealt with very quickly. Both the leasing agents and the maintenance staff have been very professional.

Safe, Affordable, Comfortable

This is a great apartment, especially if you're going to be affiliated with Cornell vet school. It is extremely close to many trails (Arboretum, Monkey Run, and Dryden Trail) and is pet friendly, which was a very important factor for me. The management are extremely responsive about any issue we have (which are few). I feel very safe here and the apartment itself is very comfortable, clean, and has great interior design. I would highly recommend this place!

Highly Recommend!

I highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a great place to live. The management company made the entire moving process quick and seamless. The maintenance team respond to requests incredibly fast, handle repairs professionally, and always get the job done right the first time. It is a breath of fresh air to live in a building where the staff is this dedicated and responsive!

Very Nice

I’ve been living at Eastgate Townhomes for a few months and I’m very happy here. My townhome is spacious, clean, and well-kept. Management is responsive and takes care of things quickly.It’s a nice, quiet community with good neighbors. I’d definitely recommend Eastgate Townhomes to anyone looking for a great place to live!
