Do not rent here unless…
If you love… the overwhelming smell of marijuana, kids screaming, parents screaming, dirty washers and dryers, unfriendly staff that don’t do their job, not being able to relax in your own home due to screaming unsupervised children in the lobby areas and down all the hallways, then this place is for you!
OH, also not being able to have any package deliveries shipped to your “home” because everything gets stolen basically as soon as it’s sat down. When you call the office to make a complaint,... or ask for help… you get the veryyyyy rehearsed “the cameras don’t work and there’s nothing we can do… make a police report”. So accommodating to their tenants!!!!
That is just a brief summary of my stay at Norstar apartments. Never again would I subject myself to such a place, and you shouldn’t either.
