Solid!

Extremely accommodating and excellent customer service from the leasing agents as well as the maintenance staff! The property is wonderful- the amenities truly are quality and the neighborhood feels safe. I’m certainly pleased and would recommend this property!

Management company is terrible

Over the last two years I have found:

-coke on my porch
-Loud partying after hours from BOTH tenants that have lived above me
-A dog the size of a horse that jumped around ALL night for a year
-broken glass on my porch from recent above neighbors
-hot chicken grease coming through the porch from the ceiling onto my kids while playing
-pit bull LEFT by itself outside of my apartment door chained up.
-the above neighbors having sex SO LOUD that my kids are waking up multiple times a night....

this management company does NOT care
