Repeated attempts - phone calls. filling in request forms, sending emails over a two week period to try and see the available units to no avail. If I owned this building I’d fire the management company! Horrendous that they have units available and don’t respond to inquiries!

Living here now and and I’m very satisfied. Management is kind and very attentive, amenities advertised are actually available, and the build quality… you can tell the team designing the interior and exterior really cared about making the space feel comfortable and high-end.

I lived in the building for a year, great experience, sad I had to relocate but highly recommend!! Great location, well maintained, excellent views of Poughkeepsie from the rooftop!

I stayed here in a one bedroom apartment on the ground level for 2 years. I was first drawn by the location and proximity to Marist (where I had attended my time there). Being 5 minutes away was a great benefit. Secondly, I immediately noticed the renovated aspects of my apartment, and the building as a whole. The space sports high ceilings, energy efficient lights and appliances, and a gated parking lot with numbered spots. The staff was attentive to the few service requests I had throughout my... time there, and all was remediated in quick order. The gym upstairs is a little small, but perfectly fine for myself and another to get a workout in. The rooftop terrace is a nice touch. My fiancé and I toured this building and had a wonderful experience. The building was well maintained and clean. Management was prompt and very professional!
