Where should I start? The garbage is constantly overflowing and there’s vultures and raccoons consistently near it (I was almost attacked by a vulture a couple of weeks ago) the grounds look abandoned, half of the property is covered with deep potholes that they refuse to fix (although I was told by the property manager, Lisa, that the roads were “going to be paved soon” but now she doesn’t have a timeline). Instead, they are filling it with large loose gravel that flys up and hits your car and... others when you drive on it. Maintenance is a joke, they don’t even unclog a toilet. Seriously, I had to go out and buy an auger because the water pressure is so bad that my toilet constantly clogs. When I asked to have it fixed, I was told “the town is responsible for the water pressure.” All I could do was laugh because Lisa will say anything not to do her job. Also, the description is a lie. 1 star is honestly too generous. Property has potential but is poorly run. I was there 18 months and the last 12 were an absolute nightmare. Was sold an apartment based on certain features that did not work, and it took 6 months to get that resolved. I then experienced leaks into my apartment from 3 different apartments over the final year; one included human waste. The roads and parking lots are riddled with potholes...they throw gravel in from time to time instead of asphalt to "fix" them.... Management blames their inability to provide proper service and maintenance on Corporate; Corporate is unresponsive. Everyone that worked at HH when I moved in was gone when I moved out, so there's not one single person that can attest to any of my unresolved issues. Rent is cheap...neighbors are quiet and friendly, but STAY AWAY. If you have any sort of problem with the apartment, you will be spoon-fed a load of crap and told repeatedly that they are waiting on Corporate. Oh, and the geese absolutely suck...dirty, noisy, an obvious nuisance they say they're working with DEC on, but nothing is ever done. Pay more somewhere else and live cleanly and peacefully!

I kept calling and sending emails as a prospect but no one responded or called back.

Bathtub, toilet and sinks filled with wastewater over 20 times while I lived there. Flooded entire bathroom. They could not fix the problem and would not adequately reimburse me for damages. Worst place I've ever lived.

The day I moved in, I found my toilet backed up, and the bathtub wouldn't drain. Ever. Multiple tickets, video proof, etc., and they just shrug. My apartment smells like an ashtray because someone smokes inside, and once again, management just sorta shrugs. Worst place I've lived, and I'm absolutely furious to pay outrageous rent, only to have an apartment that is barely usable.
