As far as the apartment it’s good BUT fixing needs is a major problem. I’ve live in this apartment for a year and I can say maybe I’ve had a good thermostat for about 4 months!!

Luckey platt has been okay. Parking is an issue sometimes, smoke alarms go off a lot, but it’s been an ok experience so far. There’s a lot of homeless people around and sometimes they can be bothersome with the begging. There’s no real pet area for dogs to go potty, there’s trash in the areas they’re meant to use.

New year, new management, better things coming. Thanks for having us.
Elevator, Fire alarms are the only downside to noise/inconvenience at this time.
Maintenance team is very attentive and friendly
Communication through office teams have improved.

This place is terrible from the pests to the stuff that goes on outside to the fire alarms that go off more often than not from 2-5 in the morning. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy
