Poor Management
This management did not respect his words.
They do not have one fixed price for each apartment. They try to sale the apartment to the highest bid, and tell each applicant that he is the first or second on the waiting list.
They have provided conflicting information over the phone and each time they said something different.

Good Afternoon, I am Jeanette the Property Manager at the Water Club and I would love to speak with you regarding your experience. I hope to help clear some things up as well as answer any questions you may have. At the Water Club we have nine... different layouts, all of which have varying views and are available on different floors.
Often the location in the building will cause the fluctuation in price. However, all of our apartment pricing is advertised online for each individual unit and that pricing stands for any person applying. We do not offer different pricing depending on who you are, the system does not allow for us to change our price when different people are applying as everything is done online and the price is a fixed price that you can see when you apply for the apartment. The availability will often fluctuate as apartments tend to go really fast. If you visit our website at Waterclubny.com and click on listings you will see all current listings as well as the prices for those individual apartments. We are currently 100% occupied and we often do have a waiting list. When someone submits an application for our waiting list they are securing their space for a future availability. Most often people will do this when they have specific needs, higher floor, view of the water, close to the elevator etc. We will always work with you to try to get you into a home that will bring you the most amount of happiness and satisfaction. We want our residents to feel relaxed and enjoy the space that they live in.
