Spectra at Sibley Square

I’ve lived at Spectra for 2 years. I’ve had to call maintenance 3 times. Each time they responded quickly, kept me up to date on the task and followed up afterwards to ensure there was no additional issues.

The apartments are open and spacious for families.

I've lived here for two years and have always been extremely happy with the rental, maintenance, and security staff! I felt compelled to leave a review today because, once again, the team at Sibley did not disappoint with a super fast, efficient response to a very minor service request!!

I scheduled a tour and immediately received confirmation, followed by a phone call. Upon arrival, a friendly receptionist checked me in and addressed all my inquiries as I awaited Joann M., who led the tour. Joann M. was consistently cheerful and accommodating. She showed me several vacant apartments, all appealing, as well as the amenities. The application process was swift and straightforward, with Joann M. readily answering all my questions. Later, when I had further questions about updates... to my application, both Joann M. and Sharon T. were exceedingly helpful, providing prompt responses. After retirement moved to Rochester to be closer to grandkids. A win win! Apartment is large and modern making downsizing from a large house easier. Location is near trails, and so many events. When repairs are needed in-house maintanence responds promptly with a quality fix. Note, service has not always been this good. In fact, I have lived in Sibley going on three years and almost moved after the first year due to poor service. Happy to say new management came in and really turned it... around.
