The main elevator is out of order all the time!!

Great place

Love this property amazing view great staff . Pet friendly , workers are great . I would definitely recommend these apartments to someone and great walking distance around downtown...I love it here !

pretty pricy for a building made of WOOD with no visible sprinkler systems in either the units or common spaces..just sayin.

Location, Location, location!

The most important thing is location as far as I am concerned. Overlooking the Gennesee river and adjacent to the 490 on ramp you are literally in the middle of everything. underground parking means you never have to go outside and there is a massive parking garage across the street. I can walk to Branca or Dinosaur, Geva, Public safety and Blue Cross arena. Most downtown apartments are repurposed office buildings. This is brand new built as apartments and the difference shows. the patio and... party rooms are perfect to entertain friends. in my opinion this is the best apartments available in Rochester currently. Not the cheapest but the best is never the cheapest.
