Great area, NOT luxury or worth the money

Been living here since summer of 2025. First off, ALWAYS tour the exact unit you are moving into. They refused to let us tour the unit prior due to them moving out the previous tenants the day before move in. Completely lied about layout and stainless steel appliances. Additionally, only the lobby looks great. The walls and doors are scratched up on all floors above. The parking lot is always full at night and you are not guaranteed a spot, despite paying for it every month. There is a terrible... fly problem every summer. 3 of the 4 elevators have been broke for 3 months with no timeline of them getting fixed. I have had a piece of the microwave missed for nearly a year without any resolution. The A/C and water systems are often breaking and shut off as well. Laundry room is very small and machines are often not working, and it take forever to get them fixed. If you can afford to live here, choose somewhere else.

twenty minutes or less to everything!

This is ideally located, in a prestigious suburban neighborhood, 20 minutes or less to airport, downtown, malls, theater. Apartments are huge with generous closets and storage. Indoor pool, restaurant, courtyard, plus 24 hour door staff and valet parking make it a one of a kind residence.
