This property is Excellent!

Living at Electric City is one of the best apartments I ever lived at, let alone in Schenectady. Property is always clean, and management is very friendly. Security is strong and always makes me feel safe. And the courtyard is fun and accommodating.

Electric city apts

I have been living here for the past 3mths with my newly adopted dog. I must say this is a great place to live at. Its all new and modern. The staff is friendly and if you like the nightlife they are walking distance to breweries and restaurants. Check it out you will be happy here.

A great place to live

Great apartment community. I love maintenance free living, secured building and parking garage. The beautiful in door clubhouse and outdoor courtyard is a great place to entertain and meet people.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and the staff is very helpful and responsive. Especially during the pandemic, it’s a great community, amenities. Great place to live.

Great standard of living, Excellent management

I have lived here for over a year and have been very pleased with the quality of life in this community as well as excellent support from the management office. Tim and Chris are both super responsible and helpful - they respond to every email I send be it a complaint or any request and always try to do their best to help! Very thankful and glad I'm here!
