Everything about this place is great, besides the management. The building is beautiful, feels safe (usually has security guard onsite), has tons to do (gym, pool, hot tub, basketball court, sauna, and more), and has onsite parking downtown both inside and outside. It is near impossible to get in contact with the property management company, takes several emails and reach outs to hear back which is very frustrating especially since this is an expensive place to live. Overall, very happy with my... experience, would be perfect if you could hear back from anyone here.

The building is in an ideal location walking distance from numerous great restaurants, shops and bars. The building itself has wonderful amenities, including a gym, wet and dry sauna’s, indoor pool, basketball, courts, vending machines and shared communal spaces. Each floor has a quiet space for work or study. I also love the Luxer package lockers, which makes it convenient and safe for receiving packages when you’re not home. I have made many friends in the building and I am excited to continue... my lease at 300 Washington. Many thanks to the management staff for making this a comfortable and safe community.
