Great Experience with New Management”

I really enjoyed my time at Uncommon Apartments. As a past resident, the two bedroom was perfect for me — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with modern finishes that made it feel like home. One of the best parts about living here was the new management. They brought a fresh energy to the community, were always friendly, and genuinely cared about residents. Any questions or maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally, which made a huge difference in my experience.... The location was also ideal, close to campus, restaurants, and everything I needed. Overall, Uncommon Apartments provided a great living experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Love the Spacious Layout and Walkable Location

It’s quiet, clean, and fully furnished. I love that it’s walking distance to campus, hospitals, and restaurants. Perfect for students and medical professionals.

Loved my time here

I lived in the Uncommon for about 3 years during medical school. I loved the building- it was quiet and clean. Management was very responsive to any needs I had.

Great place to live under new management!

Been living here for a while and since the new management took over, it’s been great. Clean common areas, quick repairs, and a quiet place to live. Honestly seems like one of the best places to live near downtown and campus now!

Management turned things around

When I first moved in there were many issues with the management of the building. The apartments were beautiful, but it took management a while to work out how to deal with the trash, shoveling the sidewalks, parking, etc. After 3 years here, I have no complaints! All maintenance requests are handled promptly, the trash is taken care of, the lot is clear. Really glad they figured things out because the apartments are so perfect!
