Poorly Built
Although the apartment building is very secure, appliances are new, and the “vibe” is nice, the overall build quality of walls between apartments is actually horrific. I can hear my neighbors on both sides having conversations on their phones and can hear both sides of the conversation. It’s almost as if I was in the room with them. Light from the apartment next to mine also shines through into my room, as there are cracks between the beams and the drywall that were never sealed. Cabinet... dividers were never put up, as well as a toilet paper holder which I was told would both be fixed within a week of me moving in, but still hasn’t happened almost 6 months later. I would not recommend living here as it is far too expensive for the overall quality of the space.
