Quiet, Lovely Units, Great Maintenance and Office Staff

I moved into Summit Knolls 13 months ago from a different state. It has been a great experience. The neighbors are quiet, the maintenance guy, Kevin is very friendly and quick to help. No issues with in-unit utilities. The units have a great open design with natural light, parking is excellent, the lawn is well kept. Office staff is communicative, friendly, and professional. Great location near lots of shopping, food, bank branches, etc. Very walking/biking friendly.

Peace, Quiet and Solitude

The units are well appointed and designed for comfort. The office staff are quick to help with any maintenance requests. They are bright, creative and great to work with.

Comfortable living

This is a quiet, safe and friendly complex to live in. The management have quickly resolved any issues that I first had upon moving in. I was delighted with the cleanliness of my apartment.

So far so great!

I've been living here for a few months and so far, I'm enjoying it! It's been quiet, and Dannell in the leasing office has been very helpful and responsive. I would recommend this place!

Great place

We moved here with my wife 9 months ago. All we can say is that it's a safe, friendly neighborhood with great management, especially the management they are very frendly and cooperate. Highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a secure and comfortable living environment!!!
