One City Place

Just moved into One City Place in April and we couldn’t be happier! The community is warm and welcoming, and the management team has been outstanding from the start. Hillel has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, from giving tours to answering questions and making the move in feel seamless. The concierge team is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The new property manager, Kim, has already made a noticeable impact on day to day operations, and communication has been clear,... consistent, and very proactive. It’s a refreshing change from other luxury properties in Westchester. Despite being hesitant at first…due to some negative reviews online, we’re so glad we made the move, as many of those reviews felt either petty or reflective of issues from the other management groups. Sadly it’s gone rapidly down hill over last few years. Elevators are not working and the renovations on them has stopped. Maintenance staff cut by half. Garage doors often go weeks not working making the garage unsafe. AJH Management is running the building into the ground

Great location, but the management is terrible. Many problems including heat, air conditioning, and plumbing that take way too long to get fixed. Doesn’t seem like management cares about much else other than collecting rent.

New management since September 2019. In that time, we have had the WP Building Dept stop unapproved renovations to our Community Room. When finally completed, the room is cold and unwelcoming. All hard surfaces and sharp edges, even in children's play area. The common area "kitchen" has no oven, dishwasher or freezer. Nice coffee bar, when it works, but not way to make iced coffee, as there is no ice maker.

The plus side is the great location.

One city place is the greatest place to live in upper Westchester and the team here is second to none.
