Avalon Yonkers

My fiancé and I recently applied for an apartment at Avalon Yonkers because we were very excited to start a new chapter and fresh beginning there. We both have stable jobs and good income, so we felt confident about meeting the requirements and expected the application process to be smooth.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed after receiving an email stating that my fiancé had a discrepancy with a past address. I found this concerning, especially since we were genuinely looking forward to... becoming part of the community.

The application process can already be stressful, and situations like this make it even more frustrating when applicants are not given clear explanations or an opportunity to clarify the issue. Better communication and transparency during the process would make a big difference for applicants.

I lived at this property for 4 years. The building has only gone down hill. Management does not enforce the rules. Tenants do not respect the property. Trash and waste can be found throughout the property. I would not recommend living in at this property.

Like a resort, people friendly, apartments are kept clean. I am proud to live here.

I just recently moved to this Community and already it feels like Home. The professionalism is outstanding from the Leasing Professional, to the Conciege Staff and the Maintenance Team.

Great place to live. As the surrounding area and blocks become revitalized with new businesses it just add to the appeal of living here.
And I cannot overstate the availability of transportation within minutes of the building
