Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Smart TV, while Bedroom 3 features full-over-full bunk beds with a slide and Smart TV. A full hallway bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and a washer and dryer. The whimsical attic suite provides two king beds, a sitting area with TV, board games, and a woodland hideaway nook with twinkle lights. The outdoor space includes a deck perfect for dining or morning coffee, a hot tub under an awning for year-round relaxation, a firepit area with a propane fire feature, and a unique retro-style outdoor bar built to look like the front of a van, complete with an outdoor seating area. Max 2 dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125, and requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.

Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a grill; receipts will be reimbursed. If it's a charcoal grill, guests must bring their own charcoal. Hot tub rules include showering before use, limiting use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, using beach towels, respecting the maximum occupancy of 7 guests, no unsupervised children, no diving or jumping, no food or drink in the tub, no glass in or near the hot tub, keeping the hot tub clean and clear, respecting neighbors, no smoking in the hot tub, turning off jets after use, always covering the hot tub after use, no pets in the hot tub, and not turning off the hot tub itself. The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use. Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without approval. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. Optional checkout steps are provided but not mandatory.
