No smoking is permitted inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. Hot tub cleanliness fine is $250; please shower before entering, limit use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, use beach towels, and do not add any chemicals without approval. Max occupancy for the hot tub is 7 guests. Please remove shoes indoors.
