Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and the use of confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. To avoid a $250 hot tub cleanliness fine, guests must shower before entering, limit use to 15-minute intervals if sensitive, use beach towels, not bath towels, and keep the hot tub clean and clear.
