The Lakes of Beavercreek Apartment Homes

I lived here for just shy of 4 years. Overall the living experience I had here was fantastic from start to finish. Compared to other complexes I have lived at, the staff here are much kinder and work hard to keep the neighborhood as nice as possible. I would have renewed my lease for another year if my job did not require relocation.

The renovations that occurred last year really updated the apartment so beautifully. The appliances especially worked so much better than what was existing. The... pond view was also something I loved having for slow mornings. And having two balconies was amazing for all of my plants!

Maintenance could be slow at times, but I genuinely don’t hold that against the staff as it was just one maintenance man when I left. With all the other updates the new management company was incorporating, it’s a lot to keep up with.

The neighbors are really rude and get upset at the smallest things. Maintenance also never gets things done on time or correctly unless there is going to be an inspection. Once we asked them to fix our broken toilet and they fixed the broken part with another broken part. They also painted over the fire sprinklers so they wouldn't even be able to work. The staff are so very prompt, responsive and pleasant. I think we are scrapping our plan to build and just staying here.
