Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.

Any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, and additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages caused. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Underage drinking or drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Please avoid confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.
